Best Quotes Here (“the Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.
Content Sources and Our Commitment
The quotes published on our Site are collected from various publicly available sources, including but not limited to: books, television and radio interviews, content published on social media, live streams, and news articles. Our primary goal is to share the wisdom and inspiration found in these sayings.
We make our best effort to:
- Attribute Correctly: Ensure each quote is attributed to its original author as accurately as possible.
- Avoid Infringement: We do not publish content with the intent to infringe on anyone’s copyright. Quotes are presented in an educational and inspirational compilation context and are often short in nature.
- Provide Meaningful Content: We are committed to publishing only useful and positive quotes. We do not publish any quotes containing incitement to hatred or violence, offensive, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate content. We strive to understand the context and meaning of a quote before publishing it to ensure it offers positive value.
Respecting Authors’ Wishes
We fully recognize that some authors or public figures may not wish for their sayings or quotes to be published on certain platforms for personal or other reasons. We completely respect these wishes.
If you are the original author of a quote published on our site, or the legal representative of the copyright holder, and you believe the publication of this quote infringes your rights or you simply do not wish for it to appear on our site for any reason, we are fully prepared to cooperate and remove the content in question immediately upon verification of your request. Our character and values drive us to avoid causing any inconvenience or harm to others, even if our use of the quote does not constitute a direct legal infringement. The satisfaction and comfort of authors are important to us.
